Listing means any advert or profile published on the Website, whether paid or unpaid.
Premium Listing means a paid listing or enhanced placement offered by the Website.
Services means the services provided by us via the Website, including directory publishing and related features.
User means any visitor to the Website, whether registered or not.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
The Website is intended for adults only.
By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old; and
- you are legally permitted to access adult-oriented business directories in the jurisdiction from which you access the Website.
We reserve the right to restrict or remove access where we reasonably believe a user is under 18 or attempting to circumvent access controls.

4. Off-Platform Contact and Communications
The Website does not provide on-platform messaging, chat, or communication tools.
Any communication between Users and Advertisers takes place off-platform, using contact details voluntarily provided by the Advertiser within a Listing (such as telephone numbers, email addresses, or external websites).
We:
- do not monitor, intercept, or store off-platform communications;
- are not a party to any off-platform communication or transaction; and
- accept no responsibility or liability for off-platform contact or its outcomes.
5. Prohibited Content and No-Nudity Policy
5.1 No nudity or explicit imagery
Nude, pornographic, or explicitly sexual images or videos are strictly prohibited on the Website.
We reserve the right to remove or restrict any Content that, in our judgment, breaches this rule or is otherwise unsuitable for publication.
5.2 Zero-tolerance illegal and harmful content
The following Content is strictly prohibited:
- any content involving, depicting, or implying a person under 18 years of age;
- child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) or any material that facilitates, promotes, or links to such content;

We may uphold, amend, or reverse our decision at our discretion, taking into account safety, legal, and compliance considerations. Nothing in this section limits our right to act promptly where necessary.
8. Advertiser Responsibilities and Verification
8.1 Advertiser warranties
Advertisers represent and warrant that:
- they are at least 18 years old and authorised to submit the Listing;
- Listings are accurate and not misleading;
- they hold all rights and permissions necessary to publish submitted Content; and
- Listings and advertised services comply with applicable law in all targeted jurisdictions.
8.2 Verification and due diligence
To support safety, compliance, and integrity of the Website, we may require Advertisers to provide verification information, which may include proof of age, identity, or business details.
Failure to provide requested verification, or concerns arising from verification results, may result in refusal, removal, or restriction of Listings or accounts.
9. Jurisdiction-Specific Compliance (Including Northern Ireland)
Advertisers and Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Website and any advertised services comply with applicable law.
Where a Listing targets or relates to services offered in Northern Ireland, the Advertiser must ensure that the Listing and services comply with Northern Ireland law and do not encourage or facilitate unlawful activity.
10. Accounts and Security (If Applicable)
If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account.
You must not create accounts to evade enforcement actions or restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or protect Users or the Website.
11. Fees, Premium Listings, and Payments
Basic access to the Website may be free. Certain features, including Premium Listings, are subject to fees.
11.1 Pricing and purchase
Prices will be displayed at the point of purchase. Fees are payable in advance using an authorised payment method belonging to you.
11.2 Premium Listing term and placement
Premium Listings are provided for the duration and placement described at purchase. We do not guarantee any specific results, enquiries, or outcomes.
11.3 Renewal and cancellation
Where Premium Listings renew automatically, renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase. You are responsible for managing cancellations in accordance with the instructions provided.
11.4 Removal during a paid term
We may remove or restrict a Premium Listing where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or presents safety or compliance risks. In such cases, fees may be forfeited.
11.5 No refunds for policy breaches
Fees are non-refundable where removal or restriction occurs due to breach, failure to verify, or safety concerns.
11.6 Chargebacks and disputes
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of Listings or accounts while investigated. We reserve the right to recover associated losses.
11.7 VAT and taxes
VAT treatment will be shown where applicable. Advertisers are responsible for their own tax compliance.
12. Intellectual Property
All Website content, excluding Advertiser-submitted Content, including branding, layout, and software, is owned by or licensed to us.
Advertisers grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote submitted Content for the purpose of operating the Website.
13. No Text and Data Mining or Web Scraping
You must not conduct, facilitate, or permit any text and data mining or web scraping of the Website or Content, including for artificial intelligence or machine learning purposes.
This includes the use of bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated tools without our prior written consent.
This clause applies to the fullest extent permitted by law and operates as an express reservation of rights.
14. Disclaimer
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding:
- accuracy or completeness of Listings;
- outcomes of interactions with Advertisers; or
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strictly Digital Ltd from claims, losses, and expenses arising from:
- your breach of these Terms;
- your Listings or Content; or
- your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms apply from the date they are published on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, as applicable.
