Off-Platform Contact and Communications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Website does <strong>not<\/strong> provide on-platform messaging, chat, or communication tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any communication between Users and Advertisers takes place <strong>off-platform<\/strong>, using contact details voluntarily provided by the Advertiser within a Listing (such as telephone numbers, email addresses, or external websites).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>do not monitor, intercept, or store off-platform communications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>are not a party to any off-platform communication or transaction; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>accept no responsibility or liability for off-platform contact or its outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Nothing in this section limits our right to act promptly where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Advertiser Responsibilities and Verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.1 Advertiser warranties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advertisers represent and warrant that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>they are at least 18 years old and authorised to submit the Listing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listings are accurate and not misleading;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>they hold all rights and permissions necessary to publish submitted Content; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listings and advertised services comply with applicable law in all targeted jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8.2 Verification and due diligence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To support safety, compliance, and integrity of the Website, we may require Advertisers to provide verification information, which may include proof of age, identity, or business details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Failure to provide requested verification, or concerns arising from verification results, may result in refusal, removal, or restriction of Listings or accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Jurisdiction-Specific Compliance (Including Northern Ireland)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Advertisers and Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Website and any advertised services comply with applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a Listing targets or relates to services offered in <strong>Northern Ireland<\/strong>, the Advertiser must ensure that the Listing and services comply with Northern Ireland law and do not encourage or facilitate unlawful activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. We do not guarantee any specific results, enquiries, or outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.3 Renewal and cancellation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where Premium Listings renew automatically, renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase. You are responsible for managing cancellations in accordance with the instructions provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.4 Removal during a paid term<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may remove or restrict a Premium Listing where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms or presents safety or compliance risks. In such cases, fees may be forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.5 No refunds for policy breaches<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fees are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> where removal or restriction occurs due to breach, failure to verify, or safety concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.6 Chargebacks and disputes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of Listings or accounts while investigated. We reserve the right to recover associated losses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.7 VAT and taxes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">VAT treatment will be shown where applicable.
